  • You can eat all the apples you like: if you are hungry at any time or suffer anxiety you can eat apples.
  • Feeling satiated: given their high fibre content, apples will satiate you and you will not feel much hunger in the course of the day.

Drawbacks of the apple diet

  • Rebound effect: it is very likely that the 5 or 7 kilograms lost during the diet will be partly recovered when returning to your normal eating habits, that is why, to try to win back the minimum kilos possible, it is advisable that you follow a balanced diet low in calories accompanied by physical exercise.
  • Short of energy: given the few calories than your body intakes during the apple diet you will feel you have less energy than normal. So it is advisable that, for the duration of the diet, you avoid physical activity and do not lead a hectic life.

How to do the apple diet: Menu

As it is a strict diet plan, in order to do the apple diet it is imperative that you follow this menu which we offer, as with any other combination of meals you will not lose the target kilos.

Day 1

You should only eat apples, as many as you want and have these with at least 2 litres of water.

Day 2

  • Breakfast: Apple (as many as you want)
  • Lunch: Green salad seasoned with lemon or vinegar + cottage cheese
  • Dinner: Apples

Day 3

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat slice of bread, a slice of turkey and 1 apple
  • Lunch: 1 green salad with carrot and celery
  • Dinner: Apples

Day 4

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat slice of bread, a slice of turkey and 1 apple
  • Lunch: Steamed vegetable salad and 1 tin of natural tuna
  • Dinner: A bowl of rice cereal containing 1 cup of skimmed milk

Day 5

  • Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 cooked egg and a slice of whole wheat bread
  • Lunch: 1 salad of uncooked vegetables Grilled chicken (1 breast or 1 drumstick)
  • Dinner: Apples

If i will only apple for the 5 days, then i will lose 5 to 7 kgs in 5 days or less than 5 to 7 kgs... Please reply

You should never eat only apple, even if it's for a short amount of time, as your body needs other nutrients and you will quickly put on the weight you lost once the diet is over. We advise you to follow the instructions on this article in order to do the apple diet properly.
