First thing in the morning

Breakfast

Take another glass of water, then prepare a full breakfast that includes skimmed milk, whole grains and fruit. Avoid saturated fats and added sugars. Do not resort to packaged juices, fruit is better.

Midmorning

Prepare a natural fruit juice. It will give you some energy and the necessary hydration.

Lunch

Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before eating. As a first course choose a vegetables soup or cream-soup. As a second you can have meat, fish or wholewheat pasta, always combining the foods so that you consume all the different types through the week. Choose to grill, steam or bake the products if possible.

Snack

Dinner
