Amla paste for hair growth

This is also called Amla hair mask. Mix some Amla powder with water, adding water slowly until you rich a paste-like consistence. Leave it over-night. The following morning, apply the paste to your hair, including the scalp and hair root, and leave it on for 4 hours. Rinse with a natural shampoo as chemical shampoos increase hair loss.   • cut some Amla fruits and dry them in the sun for a few days.
  • grind them until they become a powder
  • Mix the powder together with coconut oil, almond oil, or sesame oil and heat up the mixture in a pan. Cook on very low heat until the mixture turns brown. Take it off the pan immediately
