The first step is to spray the heat protection spray on hair. Before you start, deep condition your hair so that when you apply the heat styling product it will penetrate the cuticle and will be absorbed into the hair. Always remember to use heat protection spray on dry hair. So, dry your hair completely after washing your hair.

2

Then divide your hair into small sections. Take one small section and start spraying heat protection spray on it. Hold the spray such that it is about 15 cm away from your hair. While spraying take care that you don’t make your hair too much damp with the spray. If you have thin hairs then don’t spray too much. If you have thick hair then you will need a little extra spray.
