  4. Leave for 10 minutes

  • 1 ounce crushed acai berries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt


  1. Mix honey and yogurt in a bowl
  2. Add the crushed acai berries to it
  3. Mix well to make a medium thick paste

  5. Leave for 10 minutes

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup dry oatmeal
  • ½ cup warm tea
  • 1 drop rose water
  • 1 drop frankincense
  • 1 drop lavender oil
  • 1 drop geranium


  1. Grind oatmeal in a grinder. The consistency of the ground oat meal should be similar to that of coarse flour
  2. Slowly add honey to it
  3. Then add tea to it
  4. Mix well to make a smooth paste
  5. Pour in the essential oils
  6. Mix well until all the ingredients become fully incorporated
  7. Use a cotton ball to spread this face mask all over your face
  8. Leave for 20 minutes or until it dries up
  9. Rinse with warm water and pat dry

Pumpkin and avocado mask

The ingredients used have amazing moisturizing properties, will help brighten your skin and boost the production of collagen levels. The only precaution is that you should never use this face mask on broken or chapped skin.


  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup organic avocado
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • ½ tsp paprika


  1. Pour all these ingredients in a bowl
  2. Use a fork to mash them
  3. Keep mashing until you make a smooth paste
  4. Wash your face and apply a cleanser to it
  5. Apply this mask on your neck and face while avoiding the eye area
  6. Leave for 15 minutes. You may feel a little tingling due to paprika in it. But don’t worry

Avocado goji berries and cucumber

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ peeled cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp goji berries soaked in water for an hour


  1. Pour all these ingredients in a blender and blend well
  2. When you add the goji berries, pour the water as well in which you had soaked them
  3. Blend well until it becomes a smooth mixture
  4. Spread the mask on your face using a cotton ball
  5. This mask does not dry for hours. So, you can look at the clock and wait for 30 minutes
  6. After 30 minutes, though the mask is not dry yet, you can rinse it off with warm water
  7. Pat dry

Spirulina face mask

  • 1/4 tablespoon spirulina (powder)
  • 2-3 drops distilled water

  • 1 tsp organic coconut milk
  • 1/4 tbsp wheatgrass powder


  1. First of all, mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl: the chlorella, spirulina and wheatgrass powder.
  2. Add the coconut milk and stir until you get a homogenous paste.
  3. Add the drops of ylang ylang oil and stir.
  4. Apply on your skin finely and leave on for 20 minutes.
  5. Gently remove with lukewarm water and pat dry.
