I have an ileostomy so was apprehensive about starting this diet. I knew it had a diuretic effect but i needn't have worried. I like bread especially tea & toast for breakfast, how would i cope. Well i went for it. Do I physically look different? not yet but internally, mentally i feel great! Energized, motivated and it works.
