This avocado hair mask is ideal to give hydration to dry and ill-treated hair, helping with regeneration and increasing its health and beauty. It's important for the avocado to be ripe so you can use it more effectively and give you more hydration.


To start making your avocado hair mask, remove the inside of a ripe avocado and mash it with a fork in a medium bowl; then add 2 spoonfuls of organic mayonnaise and mix well to get a smooth paste that will become the mask for your hair.
