Chlorine and hot water

Warm water

1. Dip your hand in warm water for 4-5 minutes. Then rub them against each other. This process fastens the mehndi color fading.

Wash your hands frequently

Washing your hands frequently helps a great deal to lighten the mehndi color. But it may also make the hand dry. So, use a good moisturizer after the color fades away.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is a gentle emulsifier and has many benefits for the skin. Dab some olive oil in a cotton pad and apply it all over the hand. This emulsifies the mehndi color and helps to fade the color quickly. Keep applying it at an interval of every 3-4 hours. Table salt can also be added to it as it hastens the process of fading.

Apply toothpaste on the mehndi and rub between the hands once it dries.

Lemon Juice

Rub your hands with lemon juice and its light bleaching property will aid in the discoloration of the mehendi.

Hair Conditioner

Rub some hair conditioner on your hands and watch as the mehndi color gently fades away.
