Do not try to scrub off the color with soap. Use a mild cleanser to remove the holi color from the face, followed by lots of moisturizing cream. In case of skin irritation during the process, you can take 2 tablespoons of calamine powder, add a few drops of rose water and honey to it, and mix well. Apply this paste on your face, and wash with water after it dries up. After that, apply a moisturizer to leave on your face.

You can make a mixture of milk and besan to make a paste and apply a thick layer of it on your face. When it dries up, apply some water on your hands and try to rub it off. The color should stick to the besan, and they will both wash off together. After that, wash your face with water, and apply a moisturizer to completely get rid of the holi colr.

3

Rub lemon wedges on the areas of your face with color stains. Acetic acid in lemon will lighten the holi color stains, and it will become easier for them to remove. Soak some mango powder in water, and scrub it on your face to get rid of stubborn colors.

Take 1 tea spoon of almond powder, 1 tea spoon of honey and 2 drops of lemon juice. Mix them in little milk, make a paste and apply it on your face. Let it dry for 20 minutes, wet your hands with water, and try to rub it off from your face. This will not only remove the holi colors, but will also leave your skin clean and soft.

5

Mix 1 tea spoon masoor dal, 1 tea spoon rose water, 2-3 drops of lemon juice and dried orange peel together, and make a paste. Apply it on your face, and let it dry. Wet your hands with water, and rub off the pack. Then wash your face with water, and apply moisturizer.

If your hair and scalp is also filled with holi powder, we advise you to use a pH neutral shampoo and mix your necessary dose with one egg yolk. Apply it on your hair and leave it to work for around 45 minutes. This will not only get rid of the holi color, but will also avoid the harmful chemicals in the powder to affect your scalp.

Hi Panwar,
If you have already tried one remedy, we advise you to use a soft mixture such as the one mentioned in step two: milk and besan, in order to get rid of holi colour from your face.
Remember to leave it on enough time to remove the powder effectively.
Hope this helps
