How to Make a Kiwi Face Mask
Fruits are great for our beauty treatments as they are nutritious and rich in vitamins. The same goes for kiwi which is rich in vitamin C, an essential vitamin for our skin. Kiwi face mask
All we need to make a kiwi face mask is a kiwi. With the help of a cooking utensil, crush the kiwi until it forms a homogeneous and compact paste. Then spread the paste on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Know that you're likely to feel an itching sensation when you apply the kiwi to your face, this reaction is normal - it's the fruit's organic acids taking effect.
When 15 minutes have elapsed, remove the mixture from your face with lukewarm water and then use your usual moisturizer.
Kiwi face mask with yogurt
Another way to make a kiwi mask is by adding the following:
- 1 piece of kiwi
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
The first thing to do is peel the kiwi and cut it into very small pieces. Then crush it and add 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Mix this paste until completely homogeneous and then the kiwi face mask is ready.
Applying it to your face is very simple: just put it on your skin, gently massaging it in to encourage vitamins to penetrate the pores. Once spread all over your face, leave the kiwi mask on for 15 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

To make this kiwi face mask we need:
- 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 kiwi
- 1 egg
The first thing to do is mix the lemon juice, the chopped kiwi and the egg in the same container: mix everything until it forms a homogeneous and compact paste.
Then apply this kiwi face mask to your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse your face with warm water and finish the beauty treatment with your usual moisturizer.
Kiwi with banana and yogurt
Another way to make a kiwi mask is with these ingredients:
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1/2 banana
- 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt
To make it, we first need to mix the fruit and mash it until completely mixed together; then pour the yogurt and mix into a smooth paste.
