Here's What you Need to Fix Your Broken Make Up!
It is important that when your make-up breaks, you don't just throw it away. You can still get some great use out of these products. Why waste your money when you can easily repair it? You will only need a few things to fix your broken make-up. You will need facial wipes, make sure to get some that do not contain alcohol. You will need a toothpick, and you will need your hands. Simple!
Fixing your Make Up
Take your broken compact and lay it down on a flat surface. This can be a table or desk. Make sure that the surface does not shake or move when pressure is applied to it. This will cause the powder to go all over the table when you begin to fix your make-up.
Use a Face Wipe to Compact The Powder
The next step to fixing your broken make-up is taking the toothpick and scraping it along the broken pieces. This will make the pieces thinner and this will make it much easier to fix.
Take one of the facial wipes and place it gently over the compact. Make sure that you tuck the wipe underneath the compact and make sure there is no air that can come in through the wipe.
And then..
Once the facial wipe is in place tightly over the compact, it is time to stating fixing! Find one piece of the compact and start pressing your finger on it. Hold it for about 5 seconds. You should press this piece very firmly so that it can seal together with the other pieces.
After holding it for 5 seconds, slowly move onto the next broken piece. Once you have made your way around the whole compact, wait 5 to 10 seconds before taking the facial wipe off. Once you take the wipe off, your make-up should be fixed!
If at first you don't succeed...
This trick usually works the very first time that you do it; however, there have been times when it needs to be done twice. If it doesn't work the first time for you, try it again. Make sure that you follow each and every one of these steps properly and your make-up will be fixed in just a few minutes.
