Buy the dye color that you want to cover the grey hair, choose one with ingredients that nourish and strengthen hair. If you only have a few greys choose a semi permanent dye to conceal them without damaging the hair.

If you have lots of grey hair, opt for a permanent dye that is a light color, as when you use dark colours the greys are more noticeable when they grow back because of the contrast. A healthy permanent dye is henna for grey hair.

When you have the dye, put on latex gloves and do not wear clothes in case you stain them.

Prepare the dye as indicated by the package.

Place moisturizer cream on your forehead, ears and neck so that the dye does not stain the skin of these areas.

Then separate the hair into sections and begin dyeing the areas where you have more grey hair, this way it will go darker first and then the rest of hair.

To spread the dye throughout the hair after applying the dye comb your hair with a fine-toothed comb.

Leave the dye on for the time indicated on the packaging then rinse with warm water.
