Exfoliate your lips

A simple way to exfoliate the lips is to use an extra toothbrush with soft bristles and gently rub it over your lips. You can also use the mixture of brown sugar and lemon juice which exfoliates the lips along with making it light in color.
Moisturize
Moisturizing your lips before applying matte lipstick will keep them fresh all day long.
