Exercise 1. The first exercise is to do a kind of standing push-ups to tone and firm the chest area. Stand up against a wall while keeping your back straight with your feet slightly apart. Stay in position for 3 seconds and then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 15 times.

Exercise 2. This exercise is simple to perform and truly effective for strengthening your chest muscles. Standing up with your back straight, with one hand take the opposite arm and try to close your arms. At the same time, pull away to create resistance. Hold for 30 seconds and then do the same with your other arm.

Exercise 3. This is one of the simplest styling exercises to reaffirm your breasts and bust. You must first join the palms of your hands against the chest and then apply pressure on each hand against the other for a minute or so. You should notice how the muscles in your chest contract.

Exercise 4. We propose you do some inclined abdominal exercises, which also serve to tone your chest. First, lie down on your back - on a mat - with your knees bent. Your feet should be kept flat on the floor and place your hands behind your head.   • Exercise 1. Sit in a chair, keep your back straight against the backrest, straighten your arms out across your chest and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Now, you bring the dumbbells up and down at a decent pace. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
  • Exercise 2. Sit in a chair, keep your back straight and keep your feet flat on the floor. Grab a dumbbell in each hand and place them at the height of your shoulders at a right angle with your elbows. Then, raise your arms without actually stretching them out fully and then slowly lower them to return to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
  • Exercise 3. Likewise, sitting in a chair with your back against the backrest, hold a dumbbell in each hand, keep your elbows bent. You must open your arms out to the sides. Make these openings in 3 sets of 5 or 10, depending on what you can do at the moment.
