How To Establish A Basic Facial Cleansing Routine

A daily facial cleansing routine is critical for beautiful and healthy skin, you should always use products specific for your skin, because if they are not they may provoke dryness, oil and even acne.For dry skin cleansers and nourishing creams are ideal, if you have normal skin you can use both cleansing milks and tonics, gels, nourishing creams and serums, this skin type is better suited to any texture and for oily skin gels, astringents toners and liquid creams and serums, especially those without oils so they do not clog pores and provoke imperfections are ideal.A daily basic facial cleansing routine should be done twice a day, in three steps, in this order: Cleansing, toning and moisturizing.

You'll need:
  • Makeup remover, if you wear makeup.
  • Specific facial cleanser for your skin type.
  • Astringent, toner for your specific skin type.
  • Moisturizer, specific to your skin type.
  • Cotton wool or gauze to apply the tonic.

The first step to a basic facial cleansing routine is a good Facial Cleansing, in the morning using a gentle facial cleanser will suffice. At night and you are wearing makeup you must first remove your makeup with a cleanser, you can get ones which are cream, milk or water-based. Choose a cleanser and makeup remover suitable for you depending on the texture you like and your skin type, dry, normal, combination or oily. The second step is to apply astringent toner with a cotton ball or gauze that will help close the pores to prevent dirt. There are astringent toner for every skin type, choose the one that best suits yours.

And finally, the moisturizer, all skin types, even oily ones, need hydration, if your skin is oily find a gel moisturizer that is free of fat and, if possible, with little silicone so it will not clog your pores. If your skin is dry a more nutritious moisturizer and will be ideal and for normal skin types choose something in between.
